 My client is a high performing ISP entering Wave 2 of their network build. We have been asked to supply an experienced and driven Supervisor to help build and manage the current sub-contractor teams. Whilst you'll be reporting to the Delivery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to thrive and drive your own success as well as having the support of your Line Manager.

This is a permanent role offering the following:
- £38K - £43K DOE + Package (Mitsubishi 4x4, Fuel Card, Bonus, Pension, Private Healthcare, Death in Service)
- Locations: Lincolnshire & Essex
- SA001, SA002 & NRSWA supervisor ticket needed
- Fibre experience needed

Key responsibilities include:

Onsite attendance will be expected daily
Attend regular joint site meetings with build partner and all relevant stakeholders
Ability to survey network and propose alternative solutions where required
Provide effective daily updates on build progress
Carry out daily site safety audits and implement corrective actions where required
Carry out regular in-progress & retrospective quality checks
Ensure all toolbox talks are briefed out effectively
Attend regular update review calls both internally and with key stakeholders
Manage the quality of the network and any subsequent corrective actions
Ability to self-manage and work on own initiative
Carry out other duties as requested by line manager

Skills and Experience

NRSWA accreditation at supervisor level
Strong understanding of the SROH code of practise
Experience of working on the OR network
Extensive knowledge of FTTP networks
Good understanding of PIA principles
Supply chain management
High level of IT competency
Experience of working with local authorities with understanding of permit requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise works effectively
Must be able to work to tight timescales
