Our client is a leading UK civil engineering consultancy, they have a live requirement for a CAD Technician to join their structures team to work on highways project work.

Your responsibilities will as CAD Technician will include:

Feasibility studies, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of a range of civil engineering and highway projects
Using CAD software to produce detailed drawings
Site surveys
Ensuring drawings are working to relevant legislation and guidelines
Working with clients in the public and private sector
Solving technical problems

The successful CAD Technician will;

Hold a relevant engineering / construction qualification
Be fully conversant in autoCAD
Have good communication skills
Have a driving licence
Want to work toward a professional qualification
