We are looking to hire an experienced Consultant to join us on our journey.

Role:

- Owning your "vertical space"
- Building and growing a client portfolio using our creative, productised solutions
- Scheduling and delivering superb pitches to prospective clients
- Developing your personal brand to help build your network and candidate / client reach
- Identifying and attracting potential candidates
- Interviewing candidates and weaponising them with full details on the role / company ahead of client interviews
- Negotiating, influencing and executing placements
- Building a team with time, training and mentoring new starters

About You:

- A focussed, driven, creative competitor with a track record of success
- Good Construction Industry knowledge
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal
- Strong listening skills, learning every day
- Financially motivated
- A collaborator, a team player
