My client is experiencing significant growth across the business, securing several large projects in the MOD, Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee projects in London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement of subcontractors and materials
- Liaising with client cost manager in order to agree pricing
- Working with the factory team in order to ensure timely project delivery
- When based on site overseeing payments
- Valuations & Variations
Experience required:
- Quantity Surveying experience for main contractor
-JCT Design & Build project experience
- Technical qualification in construction (HNC / BSc) or similar
