My client has recently secured several large projects in the MOD and public sectors. We have been asked to supply a Site Manager to help lead this project through to complete handover. Reporting into a Project Manager, you will be supported by strong site teams well used to this project.One of these roles is working on a government project based in Doncaster, The candidate will oversee the full cycle of the project groundworks, installation, fitout and handover.
Site Manager responsibilities:
- Managing Client and Consultants throughout projects.
- Solving all technical issues on site.
- Managing staff resource on site.
- Managing H&S on site.
- Ensuring quality targets are met.
Site Manager requirements:
- MUST previously have had MOD security clearance or similar
- Minimum 10 years No.1 SM experience working for a leading Main Contractor experience.
- Experience of leading projects up to £7m in value
- Good planning, design and commercial awareness.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong reporting skills.
