Contract: Freelance - 18 Months
Rate: £375 per day
The Opportunity
A leading Tier One Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager to join the team on a major high-rise residential development in Canary Wharf.
This is an excellent opportunity to oversee façade and external fit-out packages on a prestigious London project.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily site operations and subcontractors.
- Overseeing façade and internal fit-out packages.
- Ensuring works meet programme, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinating site teams and resolving construction issues.
- Monitoring progress and maintaining quality control.
- Proven Construction Manager experience with a Tier One or Tier Two Main Contractor.
- Experience on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Strong façade and fit-out package experience.
- SMSTS and CSCS essential.
- Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills.
