Pre-Contracts Manager

£80,000 - £90,000 | Permanent | Central London

We're working with a leading design & build contractor delivering high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London and the UK.

They're looking for a sharp Pre-Contracts Manager to take full ownership of tendering, pricing strategy, and pre-construction delivery - shaping projects from day one and driving commercial success.

This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with design and delivery teams, influence key decisions early, and play a major part in winning and shaping projects.

You'll be:

• Leading pricing strategy across competitive tenders


• Working with design teams on buildable, cost-effective solutions


• Managing subcontractor relationships and pricing


• Producing tenders, programmes, and cost plans


• Reviewing contracts and managing commercial risk


• Driving adjudication and handover processes

You'll need:

• Strong pre-construction / estimating / commercial background


• D&B experience (fit-out / refurbishment preferred)


• Knowledge of JCT, NEC, two-stage tendering


• Strong commercial instinct and attention to detail


• Ability to influence design and drive value engineering

£75K-£95K + strong projects + real influence from day one.
