Dylan Russell.
Dylan is one of our senior consultants at Build Space and is responsible for both freelance and permanent recruitment. Dylan started his Construction Recruitment career in 2019, and has worked with a range of companies before making the move to the Build Space team in October 2024.
Having predominantly worked in the white collar freelance market for the last 5 years, freelance is Dylan's bread and butter, but through working with some of the countries biggest construction firms he has developed a strong understanding of the perm market since joining Build Space.
Some of Dylan's main clients include McLaren, Glencar & TanRo in the Open Space market, and Premier Modular & Algeco UK in the Modular Space market.
