Salary: £60,000 - £65,000Â
My client have tasked us to supply them with a driven and experienced Contracts Manager to work on large Modular Projects. Our client is an established and highly successful MMC Main Contractor. Contracts Manager responsiblities:
- Develop and negotiate contracts that are clear and easy to understand for all parties involved.
- Ensure that contracts align with project objectives, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement strategies to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Monitor contract compliance and legal adherence in collaboration with legal experts.
- Evaluate the impact of changes on project cost, schedule, and performance, negotiating modifications as necessary and maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, addressing and resolving disputes to maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years experience minimum as a Project Manager / Contracts ManagerÂ
- Experience working on large Modular / MMC ProjectsÂ
- Degree educatedÂ
- Strong organisation and planning abilityÂ
