The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial Cat B office fit-out in Baker Street.
The project includes a £1m basement fit-out for a gym, alongside associated office space, so the successful candidate will need strong experience managing commercial interiors and be comfortable coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors on a live fit-out project.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
- Coordinate multiple trades across the office and basement gym areas.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
- Manage site inductions, RAMS and health & safety requirements.
- Monitor quality and workmanship throughout the project.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and wider project team.
- Maintain site records, progress updates and daily reporting through Procore.
- Ensure the site remains organised, safe and compliant.
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly to maintain programme.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong Cat B office fit-out experience.
- Experience managing projects of around £1m .
- Previous Procore experience - essential.
- Experience with complex internal fit-outs / leisure or gym environments would be advantageous.
