SC Level Security Clearance is an absolute prerequisite for this role. Applications without current, active SC Clearance cannot be considered.We have an urgent requirement for a Freelance Site Manager working for one of the UK's leading Offsite and Modular Build construction specialists. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile MOD project near Reading, Berkshire.
You will join a company with an outstanding reputation for delivering on complex, technically demanding projects, and this assignment is no different. If you hold active SC Clearance and have a solid modular or offsite construction background, we want to hear from you.
Site Manager duties:
- On-site management and delivery of modular construction works at AWE Aldermaston
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site logistics
- Enforcing site H&S standards in line with MOD site requirements
- Reporting to the Project Manager and maintaining programme
- Active SC Level Security Clearance - non-negotiable
- Proven Site Manager experience in modular, offsite or construction
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Gold Card minimum)
- Experience working on secure, restricted access or MOD sites is a strong advantage
- A calm, professional approach - this site demands it
