Freelance Contract | £325 - £305 per day
Build Space is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a modular build installation project in Middlesex.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile project where planning, coordination and quality are critical. You'll be working alongside an experienced delivery team, overseeing the installation and fit out of a large-scale building package on a fast-paced construction programme.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, monitor quality and maintain the highest health & safety standards throughout the project.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.
- Modular Build Installation experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong fit out experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and multiple subcontractors.
- Black CSCS Card (Valid)
- SMSTS (Valid)
- First Aid at Work (Valid)
- £325 - £350 per day
- Long-term freelance contract.
