We have partnered with RSR for over 5 years and are now their exclusive partners for white collar freelance hires. We have placed numerous freelance Project Managers & Site Managers on a host of their fast track, high profile warehouse refurbishment and fit out projects across the UK. Hiring Statistics
Since January 2020, we have provided all of RSR’s freelance white collar hires. This has resulted in 78 freelance placements with RSR in less than two years, many of which were key strategic and speciality hires.

Our Placements
One of our placements was a lead role on the refurbishment to a live distribution centre for a blue chip client based in Kent. This included a new mezzanine floor installation, full fit out to new internal offices, improvements to the conveyor systems, lighting, heating, air conditioning, roofing alterations, and M&E improvements. We placed the Construction Manager, Calin Dragut, on this £4m project and he was responsible for managing subcontractors, making sure the package was delivered in time with the programme. He successfully liaised with clients representatives, subcontractors and the design team. He reviewed and method statements and risk assessments, ensured all health and safety documentation and project method statements were adhered to by all personnel on site. He also ensured all safety and environmental requirements are were met along all relevant permits and licenses were in place. He completed all aspects of work to the highest standard, on time and on budget. He led weekly progress meetings and management of site staff and produced weekly progress reports and weekly material cost report. He demonstrated a strong ability to lead and take ownership of delivering a complex project to the end client’s satisfaction.
