Calling all Midlands based Project Managers!!!A red hot PM opportunity has just landed at Build Space HQ!
Are you an experienced Project Manager with good Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you delivered projects from pre con through to handover as No.1?
Do you have excellent client liaison skills?
If so, Build Space has just the role for you!
Project Manager roles & responsibilities:
- Programme management
- Value engineering / design amends
- Cost control
- Quality management
- Upline reporting to Ops Manager
Project Manager experience required:
- Minimum 10 years Project Manager experience
- Good Distribution Centre build experience
- First class communication skills - written / spoken
- Excellent H&S record
- Result driven attuitude
With the project likely to start on site in October we are looking at getting a Project Manager on board ASAP to manage the precon.
