A knockout Contracts Manager position working for one of the UK's top Modular Build Main Contractors!!!- Are you a Contracts Manager with experience of managing multiple projects and teams?
- Is client / framework / stakeholder management a real strentgh of yours?
- Do you have a track record of delivering high profile, high value projects on time and budget?

Contracts Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Working with the Bid / Sales Team in the work winning process
- Precon set up - design and programming inputs
- Client management
- Project delivery / Quality management
- Commercial control
Contracts Manager experience required:
- 15 years career experience
- Extensive Project / Contracts Manager experience
- Major Project experience
- Excellent contract knowledge (JCT / NEC)
- First class communuication skills
Working as part of an elite Senior Management Team, you will help deliver multiple projects ranging from £5-50m in value.
