Build Space is currently on the hunt for an experienced Estimator for one of our top clients - a highly regarded, delivery-focused Main Contractor with a strong track record across Industrial & Logistics, Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Student Accommodation and Mixed-Use construction.This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that genuinely takes pride in how it delivers - the quality of their work is second to none.
As Estimator you will be working on:
- Large distribution centre and big box I&L projects
- Sports & Leisure schemes for Premier League football clubs
- Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use developments
- An experienced Estimator with a strong Main Contractor background
- A solid grounding in I&L, Commercial, Residential or Sports & Leisure sectors
- Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing from first principles
- Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement, package analysis and value engineering
- Someone commercially astute who can work independently and as part of an established pre-construction team
- Freelance: £400-£450 per day
- Permanent: £65,000-£85,000 per annum
- Salary/rate dependent on experience
- Both freelance and permanent candidates will be considered
- Hybrid working available depending on project requirements
