Job Title: Night Site Manager
Location: Suffolk
Start Date: 8th June
Duration: 14 Weeks

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee works on a food retail project in Suffolk. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-focused individual with strong experience in fast-paced retail environments, particularly in snagging and project completion phases.

Working Hours:

• Sunday: 4:00pm start


• Thursday to Saturday: 9:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all night-time site operations


• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently


• Lead snagging activities to ensure high-quality project completion


• Monitor progress against programme and report updates


• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site standards


• Maintain clear communication with day teams and project stakeholders


• Conduct site inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on food retail projects


• Strong snagging and finishing experience


• Valid CSCS Card


• SMSTS certification


• First Aid qualification


• Excellent organisational and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage night operations effectively
