There is no slowing down here at Build Space HQ, we are sprinting into Xmas!!!What a Senior Quantity Surveyor job to land just before the holiday season!!!
- Fancy working on a £225m, new build tower project in East London?
- Want to work as part of an elite Senior Management Team on one of London's hottest build projects?

Senior Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:
- End to end management of multiple, high value packages
- Monitoring build costs against budget and forecast final cost
- Identifying cost risks and opportunities early
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contract terms
- Preparing and agreeing final accounts with supply chain
Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:
- Minimum 10 years post qualified experience
- Extensive Major Project experience - ideally High Rise Towers
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar
- First class IT / reporting skills
- Strong communication - written and spoken
