Location: Plymouth
Project: Industrial Shed
Rate: £275–£300 per day (depending on experience)
Duration: Approx. 9 weeks
Start: Monday
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a £5m industrial shed project in Plymouth. The role will involve managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates
- Proven experience managing industrial or steel-frame shed projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to start immediately
