Are you an Experienced Technical Servies Manager looking for a new opportunity working for a high end company. Looking for someone who has come from an M&E consultancy background with a vast amount of commercial fit out experience.
You’ll working on some amazing projects with a company who have been successfully operated for many years delivering high quality traditional and Design & Build contracts. Ideally If you are from a M&E Consultancy background as our client which is a Main Contractor feels this will add valuable knowledge to their team.
Technical Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Take technical brief from Clients
- Contribute to the pitch strategy
- Present technical designs to the Client in a simple and easily understood way ensuring the MEP design is minimalistic to suit budget
- Ensure a successful transition from pitching/winning the project to contract and project delivery
- Statutory compliance reviews
Skills and Experience requirements:
- Architectural, QS, Design and / or Construction Qualifications
- People Management, Financial Reporting, Resourcing, Costing, Design Management, Technical Expertise, Leadership.
- Experience 10 years, at least 2 years in commercial office interior
