One of our top clients, an industry leading Modular Build Main Contractor, has asked us to supply them with first class Site Manager to work on projects across the country.
This is a unique role designed to support live projects, new project start-ups, and completion phases across the company’ multi sector portfolio.
The Role
The Roaming Site Manager will act as a floating operational resource, stepping into projects where additional site leadership is required.
You will play a key role in maintaining programme momentum and project stability, particularly where teams require temporary support.
Typical Responsibilities
- Supporting new project mobilisations
- Assisting projects during critical programme phases
- Covering for Site Managers during absence
- Supporting final completion and handover phases
- Ensuring site standards, safety, and programme are maintained
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Maintaining strong communication with the project leadership team
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
- Comfortable managing multiple project environments
- Highly adaptable and able to step into live sites quickly
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay away when required
Essential

- First Aid
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel nationwide
