Freelance Contract | £325 - £350 per day
Build Space is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on one of Kent's largest education construction projects, a landmark £80 million educational facility currently under construction in Swanscombe, Kent. The development will provide a state-of-the-art learning environment, incorporating modern teaching spaces, extensive sports facilities and high-quality communal areas, making it one of the most significant education schemes in the region.

The Role
As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the wider project team and subcontractors to drive progress across this fast-paced development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.
- Modular Build construction experience is essential.
- Strong fit out experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage programme, quality and health & safety on site.
- Black CSCS Card (Valid)
- SMSTS (Valid)
- First Aid at Work (Valid)
- £325 - £350 per day
- Long-term freelance contract.
