Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a wide variety of Commercial and fit-out? Well say no more, I may have the job for you.I have a position as a Senior Quantity Surveyor here in London, looking to bring on an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is self-motivated, goal driven, a team player and a can do attitude working on some high end projects!
Senior Quantity Responsibilities:
Managing costs and ensuring budgets are adhered to in construction projects
Work alongside clients to establish their requirements
Negotiate contracts and work schedules
Estimate material quantities, costs, labour and time
Ensure projects are met to legal and quality standards
Continually analyse outcomes and write budget reports
Skills and experience required
Worked on projects up to £20 Million
Must have Cut/carve and refurb commercial office experience
Will focus on single projects but will overlap depending on work load.
Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills
