Build Space is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading project team delivering a major modular build scheme in Bracknell, berkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced project where precision, planning and safety are paramount. You'll be leading site operations on a technically challenging programme, coordinating multiple trades and ensuring works are completed on time and to the highest standards.
If you're a proactive Site Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex construction projects, this is an excellent contract to add to your portfolio.
The Role
As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the site, managing subcontractors, coordinating works and ensuring programme milestones are achieved. You'll drive quality, maintain exceptional health & safety standards and work closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor.
- Modular build experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong fit out experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades within a fast-moving construction environment.
- Black CSCS Card (Valid)
- SMSTS (Valid)
- First Aid at Work (Valid)
- £325 - £350 per day
- Immediate start available.
