Day Rate: £300 per day
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £4 million, 2-floor (20,000 sq ft) office fit-out project in a secure environment based in Farnborough. The project involves high-spec internal works, requires a candidate with proven experience in delivering commercial/office fit-out projects in high pressure environments.
Key Requirements
- Must be a British National (UK-born)
- Must hold active SC (Security Clearance) and BPSS clearance
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have own vehicle
- Proven track record delivering office fit-out projects (£1m value)
- Experience with Procore software is advantageous
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Project Details
- Client: Security Sector
- Value: £4 million
- Scope: Full Cat B office fit-out across 2 floors (approx. 20,000 sq ft)
- Facilities: Free on-site parking and discounted canteen rates
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations ensuring compliance with programme, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site
- Monitor progress against schedule and report updates to the Project Manager
- Maintain H&S and site documentation to company and client standards
- Attend progress meetings and liaise closely with the client and wider project team
Contract Details
- Duration: ASAP start – June 2026
- Rate: £300 per day
